Terrance Ray Taylor appeals from his conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 751(a) for unauthorized departure from a halfway house. He challenges 1) the sufficiency of the evidence against him, 2) the district courts refusal to appoint counsel to represent him at sentencing, and 3) the calculation of his sentence under the federal sentencing guidelines. After a careful review of the record and the parties briefs, this Court will uphold Taylors conviction, but will remand the case for resentencing.
