WISDOM, Circuit Judge. Antonio Christian Samuels was convicted on numerous charges for his role in the organization and implementation of a conspiracy to import cocaine and crack into the United States. After his conviction was affirmed on appeal, Samuels filed a motion to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. section 2255. Samuels alleged that his sentence was based on an erroneous determination that the substance he smuggled into the United States was crack. The district court dismissed his motion. We AFFIRM.
