Appellant Porfirio Valencia appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841 and 21 U.S.C. § 846. Valencia challenges his conviction on the grounds that the governments failure to disclose material exculpatory evidence impeaching a government informant violated his Fifth Amendment right to due process and his Sixth Amendment right to confront and cross-examine witnesses. We affirm the conviction.
